Main coating process: Adopting precision micro-concave reverse coating and comma scraper coating, it can be applied to a variety of different levels of coating glue;
The whole interior of the oven is fully sealed by argon arc welding, and the interior of the oven is rounded around for easy cleaning. The air nozzle adopts a detachable air nozzle;
The oven control adopts electric heating, and the temperature control meter automatically controls the temperature to ensure accurate temperature control, with a control accuracy of ±2ºC and a controllable maximum temperature of 200ºC±2ºC
The cooling wheel group is made of a whole set of steel plates to improve its strength and precision and ensure the smooth operation of the whole machine. The combination of steel flexible rollers and the rubber wheel is coated with silicone, and the material is uniform and wear-resistant;
Sectional tension detection and control of each power section ensures the smooth operation of material tension;
The transition wheels equipped with the machine are balanced and equipped with Japanese SKC bearings to ensure its flexible operation;
The interior of the oven, air supply ducts, radiators, and parts in contact with hot air are all made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the radiator fins are made of aluminum alloy;
Main drive motor: traction, coating, cooling, winding, and oven drive use servo motors, and unwinding uses magnetic powder passive unwinding.
