1.Product introduction
Used to test the low temperature expansion performance of solid inorganic and organic materials, polymers, high molecular materials, metal/non-metal materials, rubber, plastics, metal products and other solid materials. Applicable standards: ASTMD6962003, GB/T1036-2008 "Determination of linear expansion coefficient of plastics - Quartz dilatometer method", GB/T2572-2005 Test method for average linear expansion coefficient of fiber reinforced plastics. This instrument can complete the test of sample linear variable, linear expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, rapid thermal expansion, softening temperature and their change curves.

2. Product Parameter
The heating speed is automatically set by the computer program, the temperature control accuracy is 0.1ºC, and the heating and cooling speed is adjustable from 1 to 5ºC/min. Equipped with a precise (fast) refrigeration-heating system (equipped with a compressor imported from Japan, with high power, fast refrigeration, and a fast heating system).
The computer automatically calculates the expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, linear expansion, and rapid thermal expansion.
Automatically calculate the compensation coefficient and automatically compensate, and can also be manually corrected (online).
Automatically record, store, and print data, and print temperature-expansion coefficient curves.
The temperature interval can be freely set, with a minimum interval of 0.1~1ºC.
Deformation measurement uses a high-precision grating micrometer sensor, with a measurement range of ±12.7mm, a resolution of 0.1um, an accuracy of 0.2um, and an automatic calibration range. The expansion value measurement range is large, and the sample adjustment range is increased.
Imported linear bearing transmission is adopted to realize frictionless transmission of expansion value, with excellent transmission accuracy and repeatability.
Equipped with standard computer interface, it can be connected to general-purpose computers. All test operations are completed through the computer interface. It is easy to operate and easy to learn, and a full set of software is provided.
