2. Working principle

The powder sample placed in the solid mold is compressed by the pressure change. During the compression process, the changes in resistance, resistivity and conductivity of the powder sample are measured in real time during the volume change after the pressure is applied until it is compacted to a stable volume state; that is, the porosity is very small and close to zero.
Solve the human error caused by the inability to press the powder sample into tablets or taking it out for measurement after pressing.

3. Application description

When the powder is compressed until it is stable, the porosity of the powder is small and the compaction density is close to the true density state. At this time, the powder conductivity tested is close to the theoretical value.

4. Standard

1) The four-probe tester is made in accordance with GB/T 1551, GB/T1552-1995, and ASTM F84 American A.S.T.M. standards.
2) The four-probe powder test platform is made in accordance with the four-probe method requirements for arbitration methods in the determination method of powder conductivity in GBT 30835-2014 "Carbon-composite lithium iron phosphate positive electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries".
