Introduction
The ST-209 Wheat Bran Star Tester is designed according to the requirements of the "GB/T27628-2011 Grain and Oils Inspection Wheat Flour Pink Color, Bran Star Measurement" standard. It features a touch screen operation and can magnify and measure the bran star content, black point content, whiteness, and color (L, a, b) values within 20 seconds. It can also determine whether the sieve is leaking based on the size of large bran stars, save data and photos, and facilitate convenient queries. This instrument completely changes the situation that relies on the naked eye to adjust the process, allowing regular flour path measurements and data comparison to judge whether the sieve is leaking and whether the process is reasonable. It is the "wise eye" of the flour master, enabling ordinary employees to have the eyesight of a flour master, and ensuring the stability of the process.
