The new chemical coal sulfur tester, the electrolytic circuit design greatly improves the resolution of sulfur measurement and effectively reduces failures. It is automatically controlled by a single-chip microcomputer and automatically corrects zero drift, eliminating the need for users to adjust the instrument. The furnace temperature setting can be set arbitrarily according to needs through keyboard input without turning on the machine. It allows users to compensate and correct the measurement deviation caused by the test conditions, and can be corrected in sections, and power outage data will not be lost.
Sulfur analyzer [automatic sulfur analyzer] is mainly used to determine the total sulfur content in coal, steel and various minerals. It is a necessary instrument in the laboratories of coal, electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, commodity inspection and other departments.
1. Turn on the power switch of the main power, computer, printer and sulfur analyzer host in sequence;

7. Under the condition of exhaust, draw about 250m1-300m1 of electrolyte from the electrolyte drain port (the electrolyte should not be filled too full, generally 3cm above the electrode sheet). Clamp the drain pipe, and then open the filter switch valve.
8. Click Add Sample on the test program of the chemical sulfur measuring instrument. Enter the sample number and weight. First make 1-2 waste samples to make the electrolyte reach a balanced state, and then start testing the sample.
9. After the entire experiment of the chemical coal sulfur measuring instrument is completed, turn off the stirring/air pump on the program interface, and change the temperature setting to 0, and the instrument stops heating.
10. Pull out the plug on the three-way valve pipe of the chemical coal sulfur measuring instrument electrolytic cell, release the electrolyte, install the three-way valve, and draw in distilled water. Turn on the stirring gas to clean the electrolytic cell, then turn off the stirring and air pump, and then drain the water.
11. Turn off the mainframe, printer, computer and main power switch of the chemical sulfur measuring instrument in sequence.
