1.Introduction
This machine is used for washing, soaping and dry cleaning color fastness tests of textile materials and textiles. It can also be used for washing color fastness tests of cotton, wool, silk, linen, chemical fiber and blended, printed and dyed textiles, as well as for testing the washing color fastness performance of dyes. It is used by the printing and dyeing industry, dye industry, textile quality inspection departments and scientific research institutions. This model is designed for small-batch tests such as small laboratories and trading companies. It has a light appearance, small footprint and is easy to operate. When ordering, you can choose from different combinations of 550ml and 1200ml test cups to meet the testing needs of national and American standards.
Test principle: The sample is sewn together with the specified standard multi-fiber cloth, washed, cleaned and dried under appropriate temperature, detergent, bleaching and friction, and then rated. The friction is achieved by tumbling, moving and impacting with a small bath ratio and an appropriate number of stainless steel beads. During the test, the steel cup containing the sample, detergent and steel balls is installed on the main shaft. After heating the water in the box to a certain temperature, the main shaft is driven by the motor to rotate at a speed of 40rpm, so that the sample and the steel balls in the cup are rubbed against each other for a certain period of time in a detergent environment at a certain temperature to simulate five home washings or commercial washings in daily life. The color change of the sample after washing is observed and the color fastness grade of the sample is evaluated.
