1.Product introduction
It is mainly used to test the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulating materials, thermal conductive silicone grease, resin, rubber, beryllium oxide porcelain, alumina porcelain and other materials, as well as the contact thermal resistance at the solid interface and the thermal conductivity of the material. The detection material is solid sheet, and the enclosed frame can detect powder state material and paste material. DRL-III thermal conductivity meter is designed and manufactured in accordance with
ASTM D5470-2017 standard. Our company has accumulated more than ten years of experience in manufacturing and user practice, so that the product performance continues to improve and mature. Servo motor control precision automatic pressure, automatic thickness measurement device, and connected to the computer to achieve automatic control. The instrument adopts 6-point temperature gradient detection to improve the test accuracy. A thermal protection device (thermal protection of the sample) is added around the test rod in the test head to reduce the influence of ambient temperature on the test. Thermal resistance curves under different pressures can be detected, and multiple parameters such as thermal conductivity, thermal resistance and contact thermal resistance at the interface can be measured by using optimized mathematical models. Using the latest technology cold end temperature automatic compensation, no longer need to add ice water compensation device.
Users can choose standard and small models (with the same performance) according to the actual occupation area, saving laboratory space.
