W-20A aluminum alloy Webster hardness tester clamp hardness tester
1.Product Introduction
The W-20 series aluminum alloy Webster hardness tester (also known as clamp hardness tester) is a lightweight instrument that can quickly test the hardness of aluminum alloys on site. The test is fast and simple, with one card and the hardness value can be read directly. It complies with the Chinese nonferrous standard YS/T420 and the American standard ASTM B647. It is one of the two instruments recommended by the standard YS/T420.
The W-20 series aluminum alloy Webster hardness tester is suitable for testing aluminum alloy profiles, pipes and plates. It is especially suitable for rapid and non-destructive qualification inspection of product hardness at the production site, sales site or construction site.
The standard hardness block has been tested by a standard hardness machine and comes with a test report.
The Webster hardness value can be converted into commonly used Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness and tensile strength values.
