Overview of fast intelligent sulfur analyzer
KZDL-4000S double tube sulfur analyzer can be used to determine the total sulfur content in coal, steel and various minerals. The instrument is based on the standard GB214-2007, and its working principle is high temperature combustion neutralization method, that is, the sulfur in the sample is burned and oxidized in the high temperature oxygen flow to generate sulfur dioxide gas, which is completely oxidized into sulfuric acid through hydrogen peroxide solution. The generated sulfuric acid is titrated to the end point with the prepared standard sodium hydroxide solution. The percentage of total sulfur can be calculated from the amount of sodium hydroxide solution.
The instrument consists of a silicon carbon tube high temperature furnace, a thyristor temperature controller and a purification and absorption system. The instrument can perform two single sample tests at the same time.
