The HV-1000T Touchscreen Micro Vickers Hardness Tester, equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen and a high-speed ARM processor, offers intuitive display and user-friendly interaction with easy operation. It features fast computing speed, massive database storage, automatic data correction, and provides data line chart reports.

Product Introduction:

1. The body is made of high-quality cast iron, cast in one piece, and finished with an automotive paint process, resulting in a rounded and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. The rack-and-pinion lifting system significantly improves test stability and accuracy, eliminating the need for re-focusing after testing is completed.
3. High-definition measurement and observation are achieved through a dual objective lens combination, reducing human operation interference and reading errors.
4. The convenient CNC system can automatically perform unit conversions for the full hardness scale.
5. The maximum and minimum values for hardness can be set, and a beeping sound is emitted when the test value exceeds the set range.
6. It has a software hardness value correction function, allowing direct correction of hardness values within a certain range.
7. It has a database function that automatically groups and saves test data, with each group capable of saving 10 data points, and can save more than 2000 data points.
