Ultra-low Temperature Thermal Expansion Coefficient Tester Thermal dilatometer
1.Product introduction
This instrument is used to test the low-temperature linear expansion coefficient according to the standard "GJB1875-94 Test Method for Thermophysical Properties of Rigid Foam Plastics"; it is used to test the ultra-low temperature average linear expansion coefficient of various solid materials. The test method used is the ejector method, which uses (imported) high-precision micro-sensors to sense the deformation values of the samples at different temperatures. The computer technology is used to automatically complete the detection, control, calculation, printing and storage of the samples.

2. Product Parameter
1. Temperature range: -196ºC (liquid nitrogen immersion temperature) ~ 300ºC;
2. Sample size: less than 20×20×50mm, 3 samples can be tested at the same time;
3. High-precision micrometer sensor (imported) is used to sense the deformation value of the sample at different temperatures, with a range greater than 15mm, a resolution of 0.1um, and an accuracy of 0.2um.
4. Average linear expansion coefficient test range: 0.001~300.000×10-6/ºC
5. Test accuracy: 0.2%;
G: Air circulation method in the box: centrifugal fan forced circulation;
H: When heating up (the set temperature is positive), the temperature is not allowed to exceed 1ºC of the set value;
When cooling (the set temperature is negative), the temperature is not allowed to exceed -1ºC of the set value;
I: Heating time: within 60 minutes, from 0 to +300ºC;
Cooling time: within 40 minutes, from 0 to -190ºC;
6. The computer can collect and control three samples at the same time, and can also select some channels not to collect, and can enter sample information separately. Real-time data calculation, display expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, linear expansion, rapid cooling expansion. Automatically calculate the compensation coefficient and automatically compensate, and can also be manually corrected (online). Automatically record, store (file name includes sample information), print data, and print temperature-expansion coefficient curve. The temperature interval can be set freely, with a minimum interval of 1°C.
7. Power supply: 220V, 4KW.
8.High-precision high and low temperature box is used, with automatic temperature control and automatic data collection.

Ultra-low Temperature Thermal Expansion Coefficient Tester Thermal dilatometer
1. The instrument consists of five parts: high-precision micro-sensor and data processing system, high-precision high and low temperature test chamber, electric lifting mechanism, liquid nitrogen tank, and computer temperature control. It can be equipped with corresponding computer measurement and control software according to customer requirements.
2. There is a hollow electric tempered glass in the center of the test chamber door; the sample can be taken out and placed by opening the chamber door, and the sample is easy to load and unload.
3. It adopts imported intelligent temperature control instrument, which has multiple protection functions such as over-temperature, over-pressure overload, fan overheating, PID over-temperature, etc.
