The instrument immediately outputs a current to electrolyze the potassium iodide solution to generate iodine to restore the original dynamic balance. The amount of current used to restore the original dynamic balance is related to the combustion and decomposition of sulfur in the test sample, which can be measured and calculated by the microprocessor
