Overview
This machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 6670-97. It is suitable for determining the ball rebound resilience of soft polyurethane foam plastic using the drop-ball method. The instrument calculates the rebound resilience of the foam plastic by dropping a steel ball of specified diameter and mass from a defined height onto the foam sample and then calculating the percentage ratio of the maximum rebound height of the steel ball to its drop height, known as the rebound rate. The rebound rate is used to express the resilience of the foam plastic. The machine is controlled by a microprocessor, features a touch screen with Chinese display, and is capable of printing test data. It is characterized by safe and reliable operation, and high measurement accuracy.
