Fungal Toxin Detector Grain and Feed Fungal Toxin Analyzer
Introduction
The ST-2000A Mycotoxin Detector is an essential analytical instrument for the analysis of aflatoxins, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), and other analyses. It operates on the principle of solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), which is a type of enzyme-linked immunosorbent method. Comprising this instrument and the B1 reagent kit, it can qualitatively and quantitatively determine the content of Aflatoxin B1 in samples (and other toxins with different reagent kits). It is widely used for the detection of Aflatoxin B1 and other mycotoxins in products such as grains, food, feed, oils, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, beverages, and alcohol
Key Features
Display and Operation: Color LCD screen, visual touch panel, displays entire plate information, touch screen operation.
Shaking Function: 3 levels of shaking speed, adjustable time from 0 to 255 seconds.
Workstation: Professional ELISA plate reader software, capable of storing 500 sets of programs, 100,000 sample results, offering a variety of calculation modes including absorbance, linear equation, logarithmic equation, quadratic equation, cubic equation, absorbance percentage-logarithmic concentration equation, spline function, and inhibition rate.
This kit uses the Indirect Competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method to detect Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in samples such as grains and feed. The kit consists of a pre-coated antigen-coupled ELISA plate, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate, antibody, standards, and other reagents. During the test, the standard or sample solution is added, and the AFB1 in the sample competes with the pre-coated antigen on the ELISA plate for the anti-AFB1 antibody. After adding the HRP conjugate, the TMB substrate is used for color development. The absorbance value of the sample is inversely related to the content of AFB1 it contains. By comparing with the standard curve, the residual amount of AFB1 in the sample can be determined.
