Introduction
CNC Mechanical Loading
This instrument adopts special stepping motors and worm gear reduction mechanisms, controlled numerically by a microcomputer, to achieve fully automatic and uniform loading. It ensures uniform loading on the specimen section, displays test results directly with a high-speed digital table, and can record large destructive force values; combined with domestic and foreign instruments as well as the characteristics of our factory's SWG, SWX, and SWY series strength testing machines, vertical loading is adopted for green sand strength testing (most foreign products are vertical), which completely overcomes the static friction and self-weight testing errors during the unloaded process of the original horizontal machine; for low wet compression and wet shear strength testing of green sand, vertical loading is adopted. For high compressive strength tests (such as resin sand specimens), no other high-pressure attachments or pressing equipment are required.
 
Crosshead Jaw Mechanism

This instrument uses a crosshead displacement microadjuster, which facilitates the placement of test samples and reduces idle time. The application of the crosshead jaw system not only improves testing accuracy but also makes operation very convenient.
 
High Precision

This instrument uses CNC mechanical loading, avoiding measurement errors caused by hydraulic loading methods due to leakage, temperature differences, and changes in the viscosity of hydraulic oil. The use of high-precision S-type force sensors and a 4½-position A/D data acquisition system allows for rapid data acquisition, truly reflecting the peak data when the specimen is destroyed. Further improves the system's precision.
 
Data Storage and Power Failure Protection Function

The instrument can save the collected data completely in the computer system in the event of a power outage or shutdown, for further display and printing output.
 
Storage and Printing Function

The instrument has a strong printing function. It can output the collected and stored data in the form of data through keyboard commands. For two or more groups of data, the average value can be printed.

Working Principle
The thermo-humidity tensile strength tester is designed to simulate the moisture migration mechanism in sand molds under heat. The thermo-humidity tensile strength measures the tensile strength at the high-water layer formed after heating the specimen. The principle involves placing the prepared specimen, along with the specimen tube, onto the host's specimen guide rail. The bottom of the specimen is automatically heated at a predetermined time (320°C, approximately 20-30 seconds) to form a certain thickness of dry sand layer (about 4mm) and a moisture condensation zone. It then automatically loads and displays the force process curve, measures the tensile strength, and displays the results, stores, and prints reports.
