1.Brief introduction:
Computer automatic torque testing machine is suitable for all kinds of products related torque test.

2.Machine features:
Servo motor drive, provide high precision torque test.
Test conditions are set by computer screen, and can be stored.
- Can directly test the torsion value of each Angle (torsion - Angle curve change diagram).
- Display torsion - Angle curve and torsion attenuation life curve.
- Automatic printing of inspection report forms, and can be exported to file or directly output through the network.
- You can input the upper and lower limit of the test, the machine will stop automatically if the limit exceeds the specification.
- Torque value can be set: positive torque, reverse torque, positive torque + reverse torque.
- Can store and print graphics (torsion - Angle curve and torsion attenuation life curve, inspection report).
- Test running direction: positive turn to the process, positive turn to the process + return. Reverse trip, reverse trip + return trip.
- Forward turn + reverse turn + forward turn.
3.Torsion Angle curve:
- The torsion value of each Angle can be directly recorded. (X-axis represents Angle, Y-axis represents torsion)
- Each measuring graph can be tracked by the cross cursor, and the corresponding torque and Angle value can be interpreted with the minimum accuracy of 0.1 degree.
- The curve is automatically stored by the computer, can be zoomed in and out at any time, a piece of paper can be arbitrarily placed N curves.
- Scroll graph display, you can browse any graph.
4.Life curve:
- Report header content can be set freely.
- The report can display the maximum value, minimum value and average value of each curve.
