1.Description

W-71 series spray gun is a very general manual spray gun, with perfect ergonomic smooth gun body, spray adjustment knob design on the left side, single hand can complete the adjustment of spray size and paint size, to achieve the so-called single-hand operation; Atomizing cap adopts traditional atomizing technology, suitable for small and medium area, repair and other spraying; Stainless steel nozzle, super hard wear resistance, suitable for a wide range of coatings, conventional use can be 2~3 years.

Each model has three output types: pressure (P), gravity (G), suction (S)

2. Each type of spray gun is divided into original Japan Iota, Taiwan Iota (gun body has CE certification mark), Shanghai Anest Iota. The origin is not the same, the price is not the same, please specify when ordering.

3. The coating joint of W-71 spray gun is G1/4, and the air joint is G1/4. W-77 spray gun with coating joint G3/8, air joint G1/4;

3.Operation steps

→ Install the paint can, container assembly and air hose firmly on the spray gun

→ The air pressure is different because of the viscosity and nature of the paint, but generally please spray with 0.25MPa ~ 0.4MPa

The viscosity of the coating is also different due to the nature of the coating and the working conditions, but it is generally appropriate to use NK-2 Iwata viscosity cup 17S-23S

→ The spraying distance is 20cm ~ 25cm
