Visible Light Transmittance/Reflectivity Haze Tester
1.Product Introduction

The GA-1S visible light transmittance/reflectivity haze tester is a dedicated instrument used for testing the transmittance of architectural glass. It is also applicable to the testing of the transmittance of float glass, insulating glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, coated glass, automotive glass, etc.

This instrument uses tungsten halogen lamps, parallel light tubes, integrating spheres, photovoltaic cells, etc. to test the ratio of luminous flux before and after passing through glass. Through a specially designed filter, the ultraviolet and infrared components of the tungsten halogen lamp's spectrum are filtered out, and the spectrum is corrected to the relative radiation spectrum of the D65 light source, obtaining the total visible light transmittance of glass that meets the requirements of the national standard GB2680-1994. If no spectral correction is made, it becomes A light source and meets the technical requirements of the GB5137.2-2002 "Test Methods for Optical Properties of Automotive Safety Glass" standard. By adjusting the position of the light-blocking plate inside the integrating sphere and the position where the sample is placed, the transmittance, reflectance and haze of the glass can be tested respectively. If only the transmittance of the sample needs to be tested, our company's BTG-3S visible light transmittance tester can be selected. Except for the different testing purposes, other parameters are consistent with those of BTR-1S.


Usage environment:

1. Operating ambient temperature: 10ºC to 40ºC
2. Operating environment humidity: < 98% (at 40ºC)
3. No obvious vibration (it is advisable that no vibration can be felt by people)
4. Avoid strong light and use it in dimly lit areas as much as possible. This machine is randomly equipped with a light-blocking cloth.
Note: If only the transmittance of the sample needs to be tested, our company's BTG-3S visible light transmittance tester can be chosen. Except for the different testing purposes, other parameters are consistent with those of BTR-1S.
