Introduction
The ZSL-A Intelligent Thermo-Humidity Tensile Strength Tester is primarily used to determine the thermo-humidity tensile strength and room temperature wet tensile strength of molding sand, as well as to evaluate the quality of raw materials such as bentonite. It is one of the main testing methods for assessing the anti-clamping sand performance of molding sand. The device utilizes contemporary microcomputers, intelligent control systems for linear stepping motor loading, intelligent temperature control with automatic lifting, and smart measurement systems. It features a color LCD touch screen operating system in Chinese, high-precision force sensors, and fully automates the testing process, data processing, real-time curve display, and storage. It also offers functions for data retrieval, curve redisplay, and printing. It is a high-precision measuring instrument used in modern research, teaching, and production.
 

Working Principle
The thermo-humidity tensile strength tester is designed to simulate the moisture migration mechanism in sand molds under heat. The thermo-humidity tensile strength measures the tensile strength at the high-water layer formed after heating the specimen. The principle involves placing the prepared specimen, along with the specimen tube, onto the host's specimen guide rail. The bottom of the specimen is automatically heated at a predetermined time (320°C, approximately 20-30 seconds) to form a certain thickness of dry sand layer (about 4mm) and a moisture condensation zone. It then automatically loads and displays the force process curve, measures the tensile strength, and displays the results, stores, and prints reports.

  2. Data acquisition uses high-precision 64-bit AD, ensuring accurate and stable analysis results.

  3. The analysis process dynamically displays all real-time data and curves.

  4. The ingenious heating plate automatic lifting system can automatically measure and display the temperature of the heating plate, and uses computer technology and automatic temperature compensation technology to automatically control the heating furnace's temperature rise.

  5. Uses high-precision linear stepping motors and computer technology to achieve automatic loading and unloading, with loading speed and length accuracy to the micrometer.

  6. Equipped with high-precision tensile and compressive force sensors that can collect and process data at room and high temperatures, ensuring stable and reliable data.

  7. The system menu is displayed and prompted in Chinese, with password protection functionality. The system's various functions and parameters can be reset through the password.

  8. All data collected by this tester are fully and unrestrictedly retained in the computer system's database for query display and printing output.

  9. The system is powerful, has a low fault rate, and has a wide range of applications.
