Working Principle
The thermo-humidity tensile strength tester is designed to simulate the moisture migration mechanism in sand molds under heat. The thermo-humidity tensile strength measures the tensile strength at the high-water layer formed after heating the specimen. The principle involves placing the prepared specimen, along with the specimen tube, onto the host's specimen guide rail. The bottom of the specimen is automatically heated at a predetermined time (320°C, approximately 20-30 seconds) to form a certain thickness of dry sand layer (about 4mm) and a moisture condensation zone. It then automatically loads and displays the force process curve, measures the tensile strength, and displays the results, stores, and prints reports.
