The instrument is suitable for the production of glazed ceramic tile products enterprises, national quality inspection departments, scientific research institutes for testing and scientific research.
1.the main use and scope of adaptation
The tester is designed and manufactured according to the standards of ISO/DIS 10545-7-1996 "Test method for the surface wear resistance of ceramic tiles - glazed tiles" and GB/T3810.7-2016 "Test method for the surface wear resistance of ceramic tiles". A certain amount of abrasive is placed on the ceramic tile glaze, so that the abrasive is ground on the glaze, and the difference classification of the polished sample glaze is compared visually.

3.the main structure and working principle
The tester consists of a body, a transmission mechanism, a supporting turntable, eight metal fixture boxes with rubber seals and an electronic control device. The motor through the transmission mechanism, the support plate runs at 300 speeds per minute, resulting in a 22.5mm eccentricity (e), so that each sample to do a diameter of 45mm circular motion, so that abrasive grinding on the sample glaze, the electronic control device will be pre-set number of revolutions to control, when the predetermined number of revolutions, can automatically stop. The equipment has a novel structure, smooth operation, low noise, simple operation, can be used for 8 and less than 8 samples at the same time, because the digital display time relay is configured, the operator only needs to turn on the power, without any monitoring, it will be automatically completed in accordance with the set time (revolution).
Instrument configuration: including a test host, a set of abrasive (steel ball), F80 white corundum powder 1 kg. Optional viewing box is available at extra cost.
