Users can freely configure helium usage, purge duration, and compensation time based on specific needs; the system features a user-friendly interface and intuitive operation.
Vacuum System: A fully automatic vacuum pump system offering low vibration, low noise, self-protection capabilities, and rapid evacuation speeds. It minimizes air interference for light element analysis, improves detection limits, and expands the detectable range; optimized gas path and structural designs ensure vacuum stability.
Filter and Collimator System: Reduces interference in the X-ray optical path, ensuring accurate signal reception by the detector. The automatic collimator switching module offers three aperture sizes-8mm, 6mm, and 4mm-with customization options available. The automatic filter switching module allows for the selection and switching of six different filters, enabling a wide range of combinations between collimators and filters.
The instrument features a fully enclosed bell-jar design to prevent radiation leakage. Safety interlocks link the protective cover and limit switches with the X-ray tube's high-voltage supply to prevent accidental injury. Multiple safety measures-including a novel light-strip design for status indication, software alerts for operational errors, a 3D labyrinthine structural design, and mechanical safety interlocks-ensure operator safety.

1. Product Overview

2. High-Performance Detector
This fluorescence spectrometer is equipped with an imported, electrically cooled FASTSDD detector featuring a 25mm² probe window. The large-area window design effectively increases the signal reception area. The detector utilizes a Beryllium (Be) window, and the amplification circuit module efficiently processes and amplifies the collected signals. The detector delivers outstanding core performance, achieving an energy resolution of 129±5eV and an excellent peak-to-background ratio. 
3. Stable and Reliable High-Voltage Power Supply
The high-voltage output of the power supply is connected to the cathode filament and the anode target, generating a high-voltage electric field that accelerates active electrons from the filament toward the anode target, creating a high-speed electron stream. The unit integrates an adjustable filament power supply with comprehensive protection against over-voltage, arcing, and output overload. At rated voltage output, the peak ripple voltage is 0.1% of the maximum voltage; furthermore, after a 30-minute warm-up, voltage stability remains better than 0.02% over an 8-hour period.
4. Sample Introduction System
The instrument features an automatic sample introduction system with a capacity of 32 or more positions, making it ideal for high-throughput sample testing; it offers convenience and speed, significantly saving labor and time. It supports unattended analysis, as well as automatic data analysis and storage. Utilizing high-efficiency three-axis motors, the system precisely controls movement in all three dimensions, ensuring samples are transferred automatically, rapidly, and accurately from the sample stage to the analysis zone. The fully automated three-axis sampler performs self-calibration and operates across X, Y, and Z axes. The versatile sample exchange stage accommodates various sample cup types, enabling rapid processing of mixed batches containing diverse samples. Dedicated software provides visual imaging and real-time test progress monitoring. A fully automated sample chamber works in tandem with the three-axis sampler to manage opening and closing, thereby preventing operational errors.
5. Helium Purge System
Equipped with a fully automated helium purge function, the system features an integrated chamber and multi-port inlet design that reduces helium consumption and leakage risks while enhancing maintainability. It enables rapid, thorough purging with no dead zones and offers highly convenient operation. Precise flow control ensures consistent helium flow and purging effectiveness for every cycle; helium purging minimizes atmospheric interference with light element analysis, significantly improving detection limits for light elements and expanding the overall detection range. Upon completion of sample testing, the system performs a low-flow helium compensation step to maintain sufficient helium levels within the chamber. Additionally, the system offers selectable vacuum modes, precise electromagnetic valve control for gas intake and exhaust, real-time vacuum level display, and a user-friendly interface for easy operation.
